Krimson Aeromedical
Since 2015, Krimson has been a key player in the East African air ambulance market and has helped design medical evacuation (medevac) processes with government regulators and operators in line with improving operational efficiency.
Krimson launched its air ambulance dedicated flight support and charter service in 2018 and is proud to have successfully facilitated the medical evacuation of several passengers. Testament to Krimson’s operational development is the increase in the regional scope from one country to over ten during this period.
Our extended experience with individual medevacs over the years and particular experience in the last twelve months have been invaluable at this time throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Through successful recognition of the complexity of these flights and knowhow of the navigation of the complex administration needed for these flights arose Krimson’s very own medevac service—Krimson Aeromedical.

Allows for dedicated emergency and non-emergency medical evacuation for the principal member and up to three dependents.

Allows for dedicated emergency and non-emergency medical evacuation for company staff from any destination within Ethiopia.
elite annual medical membership plan
Allows for dedicated emergency and non-emergency medical evacuation from anywhere in Ethiopia for the principal member. Caters to wing-to-wing service for regional patient care centers in Johannesburg, Nairobi or other preferred destinations. Provides medical escort assistance for patients eligible to travel on a commercial aircraft. Provides repatriation and emergency evacuations in cases of disaster at no extra charge.
